Keeping it rolling with a 6th place finish in a 180-person, $2 Sit n' Go.

Lost with pocket jacks to pocket queens, but hey, can't complain about the luck right now.

That Was Almost Awesome...

Just came in 38th place of 4133th players in another $2 NL Hold 'Em tourney.

Got knocked out, on a bad play on my part: Called with my 10th place chip-stack, pre-flop, and ran into a brick wall:

All in all, though, this was a really good showing- if not a bit disappointing, seeing as I was at one point in 4th place, and on pace to win hundreds on this one...

Bleh... anyways, given the recent success I've had lately with tournaments, I think I'll be playing more of them now, despite the fact that they have greater variance than cash games.

Good News, Everyone!

So, luckily for me, the good people at PokerStars award free cash to players whose accounts have been inactive for some time.

Today, I was the proud recipient of a $2.00 Admin Credit, which has officially given me my first step towards my long term goal of $50,000.

So, far I've chipped up somewhat by playing micro-level cash games, bring my current bankroll up to $2.35 so far.

This just goes to show, that if you're terrible enough at something, people might just take pity on you. On that note, I'd like to thank you for your continued support of this blog.

I'd also like to thank PokerStars for being kind enough to support this blog, and for feeding my apparent gambling addiction.
